Therapy Arts Group, a Toronto based physiotherapy rehabilitation clinic required a new logo, business card design, and design of a requisition form they could distribute to physicians.

Logo
The client already had an idea in mind, and all we had to do was have it come to life.
Business Card
A double sided, light and airy business card, used as appointment card as well.
Requisition Form
The client wished for a branded requisition form to set them apart from their competition as the physician sent their patients to get therapy to TAG.
